You select a size and we pick the color/pattern/print! A mystery sample sale! These are the clothes we use in shoots and the clothes we can't sell at full price! In most cases the item you receive may have some small stains, small holes, small manufacturer defects with fabric, dye, or sewing errors. However, your item could have no errors at all! The design/color you get may be one that's currently for sale, discontinued, not yet released, or a one of a kind sample. We do not accommodate requests on colors/designs. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. As these are sample sale items from many different runs and productions we cannot guarantee size accuracy with our size chart. Items may run slightly smaller or bigger than our typical sizing. If you’re nervous about the size of your potential garment we recommend sizing up! You can always alter a larger item or wear it oversized. Everything is sold in as-is condition. No returns or exchanges are accepted on sample sale items! We also do not accommodate requests on sample sale items.

We recommend sticking with your typical Big Bud pant size. If there’s a style you’re a little smaller in, you may want to go with that size! The waist measurement is the most important part of the size chart! If you have a wide waist and narrow hips, pay attention to that measurement! If you have wide hips and a narrow waist, go with the waist measurement that will work best going over your hips!

For folks with narrow hips— Stick with your regular size or size down one. If you have a larger waist than hip we don't recommend sizing down. Measure your waist and pick a size based on the waist measurement that best matches.

For folks with wide hips— Stick with your typical big bud size! If you don't already know your size-- The max waist measurement is the most important part here. To determine what is most likely your size, measure your hips at the widest point. Subtract 4-8" from your hip measurement. Look at the size chart column for "Max Stretch Waist"-- whatever matches closest to that measurement is the size you should try. These pants are not meant to be worn tightly but you may find when you try on a pair for the first time that it’s tight getting over your hips (you’ll likely need to shimmy!) Once you get them on it may be a little loose on your waist and tight on your hip. Don’t worry! Once you start sitting and moving around in them, they will stretch out beautifully! If you’re nervous, we recommend just trying to sit around your house and see how they feel when you get up and sit down a few times. They break in pretty quickly! We do NOT recommend sizing down if you have wide hips because it will effect the rise in the back of the pants if you do so.
