Please read through everything before asking us questions. It’s most likely that we answer your question below! If we don’t, please feel free to reach out and ask us any questions you have!
This all may seem like overkill but we’ve been doing these sales for years now and we think it’s important to make sure everyone has as much info and an idea of how this can go down ahead of time!

Basically, you choose an item i.e. Work Pants, T-Shirt, Short Sleeve Jumpsuits, etc. You then choose the size you want and add to cart. When we’re packing your order we’ll choose the color/design you receive in the requested product/size at random. ***WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE SPECIFIC REQUESTS FOR COLORS/DESIGNS!!!**
WHY A MYSTERY SALE?
We do mystery sample sales because we have such a vast range of products available in the sale in so many colors and designs. To make individual listings for allllll these products and stay on top of their quantities would overly complicate things and would ultimately make the work behind getting the sale too complicated and time consuming.At the end of the day we realize this type of sale isn’t for everyone but it’s what works best for us as a company. It allows us to sell everything to y’all as cheaply as possible.
In short-- no! This is a Mystery Sample Sale. We will select the color/design of the item you chose at random when we pack your order. We cannot and will not accommodate requests for specific designs.
If that's something you're not comfortable with-- we recommend skipping the sale!
PLEASE NOTE-- IT IS POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE DUPLICATES. It is unlikely but can happen if we truly have no other choice!
When you shop the mystery sample sale you’re going to receive items in a variety of conditions. Items in the sample sale may be slightly defective with minor damages that prevent us from selling at full price or pieces that are dirty from shoots/returns (make-up, deodorant, etc). The minor defects you can expect are things like small dye damages, pin holes, faulty jumpsuit snap, minor sizing error (up to a half size big or small), a screenprint that wasn’t totallllly saturated, sewing errors, runs in fabric, or maybe the wrong thread color was used-- can be any minor defect!
We would never knowingly ship out anything that was badly damaged! We comb through everything in the sample sale multiple times to weed out items that are *too* damaged. However, we’re looking through a lot of product at a time so mistakes *can* happen-- if you received something that you feel has a large, large issue that we missed, shoot us an email!
The sample sale is also made up of a large percentage of goods that are in perfect/near perfect condition and we just want em out of our warehouse! A lot of pieces just need to be cleaned or just need a liiiiittle bit of TLC to be in near perfect condition. You can also expect to see unreleased and discontinued product! Please note, it is possible to receive duplicates. It is unlikely but can happen if we truly have no other choice!
Please expect sizing issues in these items. We can't guarantee sizing on anything and the most prevalent problem you'll see is an inconsistent inseam. It could be any other number of sizing differences, but this is the most common one. Pantry button-ups will also have a lot of sizing inconsistencies-- you are purchasing those at your own risk!

You are able to purchase as many different types of items as you want as long as you’re purchasing the quantity limit. If you purchase over the limit per item, we will refund and cancel any overages.
Limits do not refer to how many sizes you can buy— it is a TOTAL per order. For example, if the limit on Work Pants is 3 pieces, you are only able to buy 3 pieces total. You cannot purchase 3 in size Large, 3 in size Medium, etc. If you’re purchasing multiple sizes, the total for that item still needs to remain at or under the stated limit.
If you don't see an item on this list or the pricing/purchase limits list, it means that item is not in the sale. If an item has been omitted from the sale it means that we don't have enough stock in any of the sizes to offer it.

Yes— absolutely every sample sale item is final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. If this prospect makes you nervous, we recommend skipping the sale!
WHAT IF MY ITEMS DON’T FIT? CAN I EXCHANGE?
No-- everything in our sample sales are sold AS IS and are FINAL SALE. You can expect some variation on sizing as these are all AS IS goods so if this makes you nervous please SIZE UP! Something being too big is better than something being too small! Any item can be taken to a tailor, dry cleaner, or talented family member/friend to get fitted exactly to your beautiful body shape if the garment is too large.
YEAH, BUT WHAT IF I REALLY HATE WHAT I GET?
The answer is still no. That’s the risk in the mystery sample sale! While we do hope that you love everything you get, you could very well end up with something you dislike or something you already have. Everything purchased in the sample sale is final sale and we are unable to take anything back for return if you don’t like/want it. If this prospect makes you nervous, we recommend skipping the sale!
YEAH YEAH YEAH. I CAN’T RETURN ANYTHING, I GET IT! BUT WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE THIS COLOR/DESIGN?
The answer is still no. Colors/designs are pulled and packed completely at random.

If the item was listed as being available in the sale:
If you're not seeing an item on our site that we said would be in the sale, it's because the item sold out and we took the listing down to de-clutter the site so you can see what's still available more clearly.
If the item wasn't listed as being available in the sale:
We didn't have enough pieces to list this product category so it was not included in the sale.
YES! We work very hard to make sure this sale is stacked and that as many people as possible are able to shop it. We have been working on this sample sale for MONTHS and we have a lotttt of stuff for it! We hold out on having these sales until we know we have A LOT of product to service as many as people as possible. The last time we had a full sample sale was August 2021— so we’re sitting on a lot of stuff right now!
WHAT SIZES ARE IN THE SALE?
We carry all sizes in our sample sales. We work hard to make sure there’s plenty available in every size.
DO THINGS SELL OUT QUICKLY?
Historically, YES! We’re selling everything at steeply discounted prices so many people find that it’s a great opportunity to pick up some pieces! We have some tips and info in later slides that suggest ways to checkout faster and what to expect!
WHY DOES EVERYTHING SELL SO FAST? WHY DO YOU HAVE NO STOCK?
We stock A LOT in these sales. A LOT. We even pad sale stock with perfectly good product so that there’s a lot to go around and so that each size has a lot of stock in the sale. In short, these prices are very low and that’s why it moves quickly. We have many customers who ONLY shop our sample sales. Thousands of people shop these sales and that’s why it all disappears so quickly.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO WHAT I CAN ORDER?
YES! Click here to see pricing and purchase limits! You can purchase as many types of products as you want as long as you are within the item quantity limits. If you purchase over the individual item limits, we will refund and restock those items you overpurchased. This keeps things as fair as possible for other shoppers. For example, if the limit on Work Pants is 3 and you order 5 we will refund the 2 over the limit and ship you just 1 pair.

If a lot of other folks are buying the same size/item as you and they check out faster than you do-- you may experience items leaving your cart during checkout.
We can not say it enough— there is A LOT in this sale. It has taken us MONTHS to work through this product. Please remember how cheaply these pieces are being sold for. Many people hold out for these sample sales and don’t shop with us at any other time.
WHY DON'T YOU USE A CART RESERVATION SYSTEM?
We do not have a cart reservation system during checkout. During sample sale that would be a headache for everyone shopping and a customer service nightmare for our employees. High volumes of abandoned check-outs would tie up product and re-release stock back to the website when the cart expired. The loop would continue while others add to cart and abandon checkouts-- it unfortunately doesn’t work and complicates things in a different way. Ultimately it makes things less of a first come first serve basis.

These listings publish exactly at 10amPST on our end and may take around a moment to appear on your end depending on cookies, internet cache, internet speed, etc. Items will be listed in a similar order to how they're listed on the pricing/purchase limits chart starting with the column on the left.

BE FAST! KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AHEAD OF TIME! ITEMS CAN LEAVE YOUR CART DURING CHECKOUT!
1. DO NOT DRAG YOUR FEET WHEN CHECKING OUT!
Know what you want! Add items to your cart and check out ASAP! ITEMS WILL LEAVE YOUR CART IF OTHERS ARE CHECKING OUT FASTER THAN YOU!!
2. The fastest way to check-out is with paypal, apple pay-- services like that! Services that let you log-in ahead of time and have your addresses pre-filled out. You want to be able to check out with as few clicks as possible. Please note-- We have seen instances where customers are not offered the option to use Apple Pay when checking out on a desktop.
3. All payment methods we always offer will be available during the sale. If you prefer to pay with another method, we recommend setting up an account on our website so your address can be pre-filled out and all you have to do is fill our payment info when checking out. Shopify user accounts do NOT store credit card info so you’ll have to fill that in during checkout.
4. Verify your size and the items you want AHEAD OF TIME. We have size charts on our site to help! Since all sales are FINAL we recommend sizing up if you’re nervous. You can always tailor something that’s too big.
BE FAST! KNOW WHAT YOU WANT AHEAD OF TIME! ITEMS WILL LEAVE YOUR CART DURING CHECKOUT!
We cannot reiterate enough that items will leave your cart during checkout. This is the biggest complaint about sample sales that we receive and we do recognize it’s an annoying issue. It’s not something we can change and all other options we have explored come with different sets of very annoying problems. There’s no good solution and so it’s easier and better for us to just continue doing it this way.
Be aware that you can expect the most popular sizes in everything to be completely sold out within 0-3 minutes. It is totally possible to check out this quickly if you’re prepared and follow our tips.
We have installed a slew of bot blockers on our site to prevent bots from shopping.
OUR MOST POPULAR SIZES ARE XS-2XL. IF YOUR SIZE FALLS WTHIN THIS WINDOW SHOW UP EARLY AND EXPECT ITEMS TO TOTALLY SELLOUT VERY QUICKLY.

WHY IS SHIPPING SO EXPENSIVE?
Shipping costs the same regardless of sample sale or full price items and is based on weight. The more you buy, the more shipping will cost. If you are shipping to the USA expect shipping to cost around $10-$35 depending on how much you buy.
WILL ROUTE INSURANCE BE AVAILABLE?
YES! PLEASE USE IT! PLEASE!!!!!! Route is not an expensive addition to your order and it will cover you if your package is misdelivered or goes missing. We do not replace, reship, or refund lost or missing packages-- PLEASE PURCHASE ROUTE! Making a claim is an incredibly easy process!
I LIVE DOWN THE STREET FROM YOUR STORE, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately no! We start shipping orders same day and it can quickly become a logistical nightmare setting orders aside for in-store pick-up.
Coordinating bringing all these orders to our stores poses more problems logistically with transport, storage, and overloading our already busy in-store staff members.
IF I PLACE MULTIPLE ORDERS CAN I COMBINE AND REFUND SHIPPING?
No-- if you want to place multiple orders you’re doing so at your own risk. We CANNOT and will not combine orders during sample sales. Our inbox completely fills within minutes of the sample sale commencing with order changes/address changes/order cancellations and we just can’t add that work to the pile.

ARE YOU SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY?
Not this time! We have an extremely high volume of shipments during our mystery sample sales. When shipping in abnormally large volumes there's a much higher chance for shipping errors. Since prices are so low for our sample sales we end up losing a lot of money correcting/addressing issues-- issues which are primarily out of our control. It's no longer financially viable for us to offer international shipping during these sales.
We understand this is very frustrating for some, but sadly a tough decision we've had to make.
HELP!! I MESSED UP MY ADDRESS!!
QUADRUPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND EMAIL US ASAP! We can change anything about an order BEFORE it ships! Once you receive a shipment confirmation there’s nothing we can do to change your order!
HELP!! I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE!!
QUADRUPLE CHECK YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND EMAIL US ASAP! If you noticed you made an error we can change the size (if it’s still in stock) or we can cancel the item entirely. If you notice AFTER you receive your shipment notification we can’t change anything and you will be stuck receiving the wrong size on a final sale item.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEE MESSED UP MY ORDER WHILE TRYING TO HELP ME, WHAT CAN I DO?
The same way you made a mistake on your order, it can happen with our team members trying to help you while also trying to help hundreds of other folks with their orders at the same time. Please be understanding-- we will do everything in our power to make things right, especially with these sales and situations where *we* have messed up.
I GOT MY ORDER BUT IT WAS PACKED INCORRECTLY. WHAT CAN I DO?
Shoot us an email ASAP! We do what we can to make sure everything is done right but mistakes can happen! Especially with our team packing thousands of orders at once. Just shoot us an email and we will truly do everything we can to make it right.
Please be understanding and know that whether you are being kind or coming at us with some heat, you will receive the same help. A human being is reading your email and likely had nothing to do with packing your order, so please show a little understanding when reaching out. Emails come in high volumes and can be very rough during sample sales for our customer service team.

Please note that variations on sizing IS TO BE EXPECTED. There's a reason these pieces are in a sample sale! The most common variations on sizing you will see is INSEAM. There can/will be other sizing differences, but an inconsistent inseam that doesn't quite match our size chart is likely to be the most common.
Sizing up to a half size small or large is to be expected. If you are nervous about the sizing being off, we recommend sizing up so you can have the piece taken in to fit better.
Please bear in mind that all of these pieces are priced as low as they are to account for the fact that you may need to get the piece repaired and still get a good deal on the piece. Most of these items are being sold for cheaper than it cost us to make them.

Please, please, please bear in mind that you may not get what you want. While we do hope that you get what you wanted (or at least something that you like!) you may end up with something you really, really don’t like or something you already have! It happens!
These sales are a way for us to sell things as cheaply as we can to y’all and all sales are final. If the prospect of this stuff makes you nervous (totally understandable!) we don’t recommend shopping this sale.
It can be stressful and annoying to end up with something that you don’t want or like so don’t put yourself in that situation if it makes you nervous!
If you’re cool with everything you just read then the sample sale can be a great experience! It can be so fun receiving that package in the mail and opening it up to a surprise!
